Our marina has a wide variety of slip options available, right here on Falls Lake…the perfect family location between Durham, NC and Wake Forest and a close drive from anywhere in the Triangle area. RVM has fixed or floating slips, which come in up to 50′!
Slips:
- Boats up to 19ft in length $2,320.00
- Boats up to 24ft in length $2,575.00
- Boats up to 30ft in length $3,060.00
- Boats up to 40ft in length $3,820.00
- Boats up to 50ft in length $4,980.00
- Boats up to 60ft in length $5,600.00
Offered on an annual contract only. Prices for our marine amenities are determined by the length of the boat. Water and electricity is available at all wet slips.
Storage:
- Trailer Storage Will Be The Same $300.00 per year added to the slip price.
- Uncovered storage $1450.00 (Dry Dock)
- Covered storage $1770.00 (Covered Dry Dock)
All contracts are on a yearly basis and ramp fees are included. Boats are kept on trailers in a fenced-in area. Only the dry dock tenants have a combination to the gate. Customers are responsible for launching and retrieving their boats.
